I kept thinking about the family-run businesses and local entrepreneurs who are the true cornerstone of our communities - the ones creating local jobs and giving our towns and villages their character, and I noticed something: they rarely get access to the same calibre of expertise that large corporations take for granted, simply because big-agency thinking rarely comes in small-business budgets.
